Usually the homeowner does not need my help, but there are times when a one time visit may make a world of difference. All you may really need is a drawing of a floor plan and a specification list. Recommendation can be made as to how to enlist contractors to do the work, helps the homeowner in making the right decision.

Major renovations

Here is where homeowners know what they want but don’t know how to get started the right way. I can help with design drawings, engineering drawings by a professional engineer, electrical, plumbing & HVAC. This will be included in drawings and or scope of work. This will ensure you that your project is as cost effective as possible. I can also help in the bidding process and with perodiock inspections to insure work is done properly and to code. To also make sure you get what you are paying for.

Kitchens

Kitchens are a lot of fun to design and do, but sometimes in older homes they become a challenge like cabinets that are built on site. The design is the most important prior to having the cabinet company understand your needs and limitations. We want you to get correct design at a cost you can afford. We can do a specification sheet going over plumbing , electrical, lighting, appliances etc.
