DESIGN CONSULATION AND PROJECT PLANNING

THE IDEA

To work with new owner in taking an idea to a working project & it becoming reality.

To help with preliminary plans review them and make a specification list and a material list such as lighting & kitchen cabinets and appliances.

THE DESIGN

I make sure that the new drawings are what the owner wants and needs, to review any problems that might arise and work it out with all the parties. From a first sketch plan to a final set of working drawings I make sure we covered all our bases and be able to provide plans to contractor so they can submit plans for a building permit.

3.

REALITY

I can assist in all of the phases of the project, bidding, bidding of contractors or contractors for those working on the project.

Assist In Q & A and provide RFI’s (request for information) as needed, go over submittals and review them with the owner.

Ensure owner gets an "as built drawing" of the project and a book for the owner of all RFI’s all Q & A’s, spec’s on lighting and flooring, appliances, bath fixtures etc.
